I think this Thursday's is about the fifth. Networks adopted the mixed rotation of old and new shows durring the season about three years ago in order to stretch it out. I seem to remember that FOX was the first to start doing it (if you call FOX a network). You still get the same number of new ones, you just have to slog through the repeats to get to them. I am a bit upset about this week's however because (due to forces beyond my control, NO, REALLY!) I was unable to catch the last two new ones....

This will make the 3rd rerun if you don't count the Abbott and Costello special on Thanksgiving. The othe s were on Oct 20 and Dec 1. And tomorrow nite. That's not too bad, considering you will have only about 22-25 new episodes in a season. In the fifties and early sixties there would be up to 39 new episodes of a show in a year.
