Change in Syndication (Two Timers)

Here in the Philadelphia region, our local Fox affiliate will begin showing two episodes per day in September (7:30 & 11:00 pm). I suppose with only a year left on their syndication deal, they want to go out with a bang. Up until now, the syndication schedule seems to be fairly uniform (here in the US); we've all been shown the same reruns on the same days. Are other markets also going to the twice daily showings?
