How much would you pay for Seinfeld on DVD?

Hey there! I am actually doing the DVD-R route... I have 50 episodes recorded off of Satellite (NY FOX 5) onto TIVO then edited (commercials) and encoded to MPEG2 (5.5mb/sec) and AC3 Stereo audio. Each episode comes out to about 800megs... so I can fit about 6 episodes onto 1 DVD-R disc @ $9.95 a pop. Do you have the Puerto Rican Day episode? The only thing I don't like about my recordings is the damn FOX5 logo in the corner... I have the capture, edit, encode down to 2 hrs total. Only 100+ episodes to go... :)

Not bad! I figure it'll take approx- 30 dvd's to fill every episode, @ $9.95 / pop = $298.50 for the whole shabang. Dvd quality, wouldn't be too bad, good luck on selling them.

Yes... the pioneer drive... The original audio source was uncompressed stereo... since DVD uses AC3 as the primary audio track, I used A.Pack and created a 2 channel (stereo) AC3 track... my audio file when from 250megs to 70megs... thus giving me more room on the DVD.

I am going the CD-R route... I have about half of the episodes recorded into fully VCD compatible MPEG-1 format, 225Meg each.

Video - MPEG-1 352x240 29.97fps 1150kbps Audio - Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps

Three VCD episodes fit on one 74Min/650Meg CD @ $.18 each that will cost me about $10.80 for the 60 CD collection. They are just about VHS quality which will suffice until they release the real DVD's.

I too am missing the two episodes that won't air...
