Just saw the TV Guide episode last night for the first time, and just laughed my guts out. So you can imagine my humor as I rode the subway up to the Bronx when I saw a woman across from me reading...you guessed it... a TV Guide!!! It just made my day ;-)

In fact, in the same episode - I laughed because I knew a guy who actually did collect TV Guides - he even had them mailed to summer camp each summer (and there were no TV's there). He grew up to work in TV comedy - you may have seen his name - Earl Pomerantz who wrote for Mary Tyler Moore, Lilly Tomlin (he won an Emmy), Cheers, and was an executive with some Larry Sanders shows. So the real life experiences ring so true in the series. I bet Jerry or someone on the crew collected the TV Guides too and they wrote it into the script.

I've had a few, but the one I can recall is when we were trying to find our car in the parking lot.
