Sandy Totsvig, Greg Proops, and that little blond haired guy with the lilty voice and tha gap between his teeth, I can't recall his name.
"Who's Line..." was one of the funniest things that Comedy Central ever aired. Interestingly enough, I don't find the Drew Carey version to be nearly as funny.

BTW, it's Sandi Toksvig-she used to present a childrens Saturday show on ITV in the UK. She now does the rather staid, in comparison to Whose Line..., Call My Bluff on BBC. It's actually pretty crappy. Proops does the voice of the Pod Race commentator in the Phantom something or other, a movie that a few people may have seen...
