When does it tell the episode?

i was just wondering when it tells the episode name. and where on the screen?

Sometimes the title of the episode is listed in the newspaper TV listings. Episode titles for the first four years of the show can be found in the episode guide in ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY'S paperback "Seinfeld Companion."

They cannot be found on the episodes themeselves. I've learned a number of them from reading this newsgroup. Otherwise, we just make 'em up! :-) I mean, what else would you call the "Soup Nazi" episode if you didn't call it "The Soup Nazi?"

It doesn't show up on screen. It DOES appear on the satellite feeds. The slate before the show will have the title. I think they are listed on the NBC web page, and a lot of times the tv guides will list them also.

I'm one of the lucky ones....my cable operator has a box that we're renting that will give you the television listings on the screen when you press a button on the remote, and if you go up and down the listing and select a show, it'll tell you the name of the show (when applicable) and what it's about when you press the info button. That's how I find out most of the Seinfeld titles these days.
