I don't know about those emmys. When 'Frasier' beat out Jerry and the crew, nobody was more surprised than me....I don't know. I mean 'Frasier's okay, but Seinfeld's head and shoulders above. Who do you have to know to to win down there? Congrats to Julia tonight. Sorrys for the other support guys Kramer and George. Jerry, their just not ready for you yet. Great show always

True....I can't help but to want Jerry to win. However, I must give where credit is due. Frasier is a true comedy. It's got a unique intellectual wit kind of humor you just don't see anywhere else in television. However, Jerry's crew, in my opinion, has one of the best casts I've seen in a long while. There is so much chemistry between the actors. And a special note to Jason Alexander who I think is the best actor in the sit-com industry right now.

I don't watch enough Frasier to make a valid opinion BUT I have seen a several episodes and some have been postively hilarious. Frasier was always my favorite character on Cheers and I think his sarcasm and arrogance ranks up there with Jerry and Friends. I mean that in the best way!
I think it is difficult for Frasier to compete with Seinfeld in 1996. Seinfeld is now syndicated and that type of coverage makes it hard to get the same influence. Make your comparison in five years and you will get a true argument that will win the votes of the general population.
