Did George Poison His Boss?

It refers to an early episode where George worked in a real estate company. His boss fired him, so George decided to get even, by following the office people to a bar, where Elaine distracted the boss and George put a "mickey" in his drink. Before the mickey could take effect, the boss became gregarious and hired George back. The part we didn't see was him firing George again after the mickey took.

I'm a new viewer to Seinfeld and I am catching up by watching the old episodes. On new shows, I often hear a comment about George being fired for trying to poison his boss, but I don't think I've seen that show.

The only one I can think of is when George tricks a guy who wants to buy the same suit as him. The guy turns out to be a chef and he sends Georges table some "bad" cake. But George was not hired yet.

Is this what they are referring to??

There's an episode where George, working in Real Estate, is humliated by his boss and quits. Then when he tries to come back he is humliated by his boss again in front of everyone. Later, George and Elaine concoct a plan where Elaine will distract the boss and George will slip a 'jimmie' (I think thats the word) into his drink. The boss then turns to George and rehires him and George spends the rest of the episode unsuccessfully trying to get the drink back but the boss drinks it. In that episode Jerry and Kramer try to get back at a laundrymat for stealing $1500 (or some amount of money) by putting cement in a washer.

Georges

No, They're referring to an early episode when George got fired from his real estate job and he slipped his boss a very strong laxative.(I think that's what it was) Of course this was right after he had been re-hired.

Georges

This was the episode that hooked me on Seinfeld for good. I'd forgotten how fun great physical comedy could be until seeing Michael Richards trying to pour cement into a washing machine unnoticed.

Other than Richards, the only great physical comedian on TV now is Jaleel White. No, I'm not kidding--Urkel himself. White transformed the Urkel character from a one-time appearance to a secondary character to the focus of the show. Ignore the dumb lines and just enjoy how skilled he is using his lanky frame.

The Revenge has been shown in the States in syndication. In fact, this amusing episode will be shown this Sunday in San Diego

I know that in "The Revenge", George gets fired (for the 2nd time) for slipping his boss a "mickey". (to pay him back for firing him the first time)

(I think) this is the one where George is fired by his boss for some stupid reason (I think George used his private bathroom), so George decides to get even by "slipping him a mickey". He shows up at an office party with Elaine, and while she distracts his boss by telling him how she loves to do everything in the nude, George pours a small vial into his ex-boss' drink.

A mickey is not poison, it's just knockout drops. A normally healthy person wouldn't die from it.

I think the episode had to do with George quitting his job. He quits because of having to share a restroom with another office. He and Elaine plot and try give his boss a 'mickey' in his a drink. Funny thing was it was moments after his boss decided to give him his job back.

Yes, but George is redeemed when the boss calls his office antics funny and that he missed "the shrimpy little guy". George repiles with "Drink up"
