I think they've got a thing for the Dutch. Remember Elaine's boyfriend who snagged her into going out with him by betting that the M in Richard M Nixon wasn't for Milhouse? I think his name was Paul Gack or something. Kramer said something like: "Nice name. Is that Dutch?"
