Did any girlfriend of the guys last more than one show?

I assume you mean women who stayed girlfriends with Jerry more than one episode. I can't think of anyone. I know that "Mulva" survived an additional appearance, but she wasn't Jerry's girlfriend in the second appearance, but they ended up on friendly terms.

the only one i can think of is Rachel, the one he is kissing with at schindlers list. although it is a double episode that she is appearing in, she is in the hamptons after that with the baby that was "breathtaking". there must be at least another one somewhere

I don't know if this counts, but Naomi (who laughed like Elmer Fudd sitting on a juicer) appeared as a waitress in "The Watch", and then in "The Bubble Boy". She wasn't his girlfriend yet in "The Watch", but she did give him her phone number.
