How many times has Kramer remodelled?

While watching "The Pony Remark" the other night, during which Kramer decides to do his apartment in "levels", I got to wondering just how many times he has modified or remodelled his place. Here's a few that I can think of offhand, although I don't recall any of their episode titles:

• the aforementioned "levels", of course :-)
• putting up wood panelling everywhere, like a ski lodge
• getting rid of his fridge
• installing a hot tub
• getting rid of his TV

anyone remember other instances? or know which episodes these are from?

the only other time that I can remember is when Kramer hung garlic all over the place to get rid of the kavorka curse. But this could hardly be considered remoldeling.

Actually wait, there was the time that he stained his floors. Remember he went to the hospital with jerry and stole a handful of rubber gloves.
