I'll have to say when Kramer's on the subway trying to get a seat and everyone else beats him to it. He's bouncing and spinning off people. Also, in the same episode, a passenger and Kramer eye a newspaper on the seat between them...Kramer lunges but only gets a corner of it.

Has to be when he's carrying the soda cans he got at the Price Club and he trips in the hallway in front of his apartment.
How about the episode where Kramer goes into the bar trying to catch the accountant doing drugs...he's smoking a cigarrette and at the same time downs a beer!!
What about him trying to get a seat on the subway?
Kramer's subway scene reminds me of I Love Lucy when Lucy was stucked in a trophy cup and lost Ethel in the subway ... way funnier!
What about when he tries to fill the washing machine with cement - classic slapstick
