Nick Bakay on "Seinfeld"?

Saw a bio of comedy writer/performer Nick Bakay (best known as the voice of Salem the cat on "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch," where he's also one of the writers), and it stated he had worked on "Seinfeld." Did he write an episode, act on-camera, or what? Anyone here know?

I believe he was Elaines boyfriend in the episode where Jerry's car had the awful odor after the valet parked it.
