Sinfeld's ratings probabally weren't as high because it was a re-run. I think Neilson's ratings should be _quite_ accurate because a lot of people depend on them to make a lot of money. Neilson takes samples of a few "average" families (I think) through ratings boxes that they will install to the back of your TV.
