In The Clip Show there is a clip where Jerry is walking into his apartment and Frank Costanza is leaving a message on his machine. I couldn't hear it clearly, but the gist of it seemed to be that George had died. Which episode did this come from, and what was going on?

George left his car at Yankee Stadium while he took a vacation, so it would look like he was working alot. The car got dirty with bird poop and fliers. Jerry and Kramer went to wash the car for him and crashed it looking at Sue Ellen Mishky(the bra-less wonder). they took the car back to Yankee Stadium. It was smashed and had blood in it. George Steinbrener thought George had been killed in an accident. He went to Georges parents to tell them he had died. The message was Frank telling Jerry that Steinbrener was there and he told them that George was dead.
