Michael Richards was once asked how he liked being compared to Jerry Lewis -- he responded, "flattered." Having co-written the book The Jerry Lewis Films (McFarland, 1995), I had the chance to work very closely with Lewis and was pleased at Richards' response. For the record, Lewis himself enjoys Seinfeld and is especially fond of Kramer.
