I lost the original posting, but someone recently mentioned that there might be a connection between a character named Lilly on As the World Turns and the death of Susan. I posted a question on a soap opera newsgroup and got this confirmation:
<<On As The World Turns about 9 months ago, a charactor named Lily was being poisoned by her mother-in-law by licking the glue on the envelope, however, she didn't die. Her husband was made ill by the envelope licking.>>
