The cigar store Indian reminded me of the Indian by the doorway of Cheers. Did anybody else think of this?

Wow, Mikey. Your generalization skills are very well developed. How old are you? 4? They're both wooden indians! So what!?!?! The stuff in this group is getting increasingly insipid (look it up). I can handle the "new computer" queries, but this!

The shirt that Jerry wore last week reminded of M*A*S*H; the episode where Hawkeye wore a shirt. Did anybody else think of this?

     But isn't that what these alt.tv.* groups are really for, anyway?
     Discussing insignificant details of a TV show that an ordinary viewer
     (as opposed to what, you figure out ::smile::) might not care about?

     Otherwise, what do we post?  "Hey, that was a funny episode."
                                  "Yeah, it was."

     (Now the fact that the insignificant detail in question was about the
     WRONG SHOW is beside the point for the moment ::grin::)

     Hmph.  Oh well, happy holidays, whether the Wooden Indian had anything
     to do with Cheers or not!  Ho ho ho...
