Help! - What happened next?

I recently saw an episode where George had a 'project' at work to do but he didn't know what it was and Kramer and Newman were trying to make money from returned drink bottles. I missed the concluding episode to this two-parter. Can anybody tell me what happened next?

George was just about to confess that he hadn't heard Wilhelm (sp?) when low and behold, Wilhelm started congratulating him on a job well done. Then:

1. George theorizes to Jerry that someone else must have done it and submitted it without taking credit.

Steinbrenner calls George into his office about the project report and has

proverbial daughter. The mechanic throws the clubs and bag at Kramer's
truck, allowing him to get away.   Kramer collects the damaged, bent clubs.
Deena is happy to see that George is getting the help he needs. Peterman is
stunned when he finally gets the clubs, "Elaine, I never knew Kennedy had
such a temper."   The farmer's daughter calls Newman "Norman" by mistake.
(This leads to speculation from fans that it is his name.  In reality the
dumb actress called him Norman instead of Newman and the producers thought
it was funny enough to leave in.)
