Tippy-Tippy Day-Day

Of all the thousands of great, funny jokes over the years on this show, there's only one that I've never understood.

In the episode where Jerry's parents visit, his father says he thinks Monet must have been near-sighted, but Jerry replies:

"he's from the impressionist school, you know, Monet, Manet, Tippy Tippy Day Day"

Who or what is tippy tippy day day? I've never heard of that before. Maybe he just said it because it rhymed and sounded funny.

Sorry Chad. I remember the episode and the scene in question, but an extensive web search turned up NOTHING on the phrase as you've spelled it. All I can think of is that it was either something silly that Jerry made up on the spot, or it's an obscure inside joke, or you've spelled it incorrectly.
