Here in Australia, unless you have "cable" tv, there's "No Seinfeld for you!"

     I wouldn't count on it. The syndicator told the NY Daily News, when asked,
that the Clip Show and the Finale (which are being edited into a string of five
half-hour episodes and would take up a whole week) are NOT being released into
the syndication cycle for the 1998-99 TV season, which officially ends on the
28th of this month.
     The earliest they will enter the cycle will be the November 1999 Neilsen
sweeps period, and it's possible that they'll be held back until the May 2000
sweeps, when the original syndication contracts come to an end and the second
contract cycle for affiliate stations begins.
     I suppose it's POSSIBLE that Sony/Tristar could have a change of mind and
release the last episodes of the show to stations sooner.
But that's what they're telling the media and the public now. To paraphrase the
Soup Nazi, "No finale for you! One Year!"
