This is from the script section on Mike's page, but it's wrong, Jerry isn't saying "What are you saying", he's saying something else, but I can't make it out. Anyone?
wow, good question. i listened to in a few times and i'm clueless what he's saying. almost sounds like "tried the quiche thing" but that can't be right. right after he says that, elaine says "it's in the ballpark" that line i am pretty sure of. i'll keep guessing jerry's line.

Here is a recipie for "Quiche Loraine" -------------------------------------- Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
* Pie pastry for 1 crust (well chilled)
* �-pound of swiss cheese, sliced thinly
* 2 eggs
* 1-cup of heavy cream
* �-teaspoon salt
* �-teaspoon pepper
* �-to �-cup minced ham, bacon, onion or mushroom (Choose one or a
combination of ingredients.)
* 3 Tablespoons butterServes 8
1. Line 8" pie pan with pastry. Cover the bottom and sides with the swiss cheese.
2. Beat the eggs and cream together. Add the selected ingredient. Add seasonings and then pour the mixture into the pie pan.
3. Bake at 325�, 30 minutes or partially cook 20-25 minutes and reheat it before serving at 325� for 20 minutes.
