A Question About George's cousin

They were two different actresses, and two different cousins. The one who visited Estelle in the hospital in "The Contest" was Cousin Shelley (Rachel Sweet), and the one who wanted to sleep with George in "The Junk Mail" was Cousin Rhisa (Laurie Taylor-Williams).

I have two questions about George's female cousin. The 1st one is:was the actress in the Van epssodethe same one who played George's cousin in the Contest episode?
