some jerry quotes?

ive got some problems with these quotes cant remember which episode they are in can someone here help me

do you remember when jerry said in the jon voight episode i dont wanna be a cowboy well he said a similar line also in another episode but something else replaced the word cowboy.

and jerry asked kramer after he entered the apartment to help him do something ,pick up george or something, and he said yes like it was so exciting then jerry replied i could have said just about anything.

then id like thank the guys who helped me with the question about an old actor who turned out to be phil leeds
