No, its definatley not called "The End", I heard it was called "The Finale".

Episode Number 169, the final first run SEINFELD episode, was indeed titles "The Finale."

it's called "The Finale", i got the title from clicktv. when checking the syndicated schedule, they also give the name of the episode. that's what was listed when nbc repeated the final show last week.
