Fans discuss a clip show format problem where Jerry's new material following the best-of segment fails to match earlier episodes' comedic quality.
You would think after years doing stand-up, Jerry would have known never to follow a better comedian. After a mostly hilarious "Best of" segment. How could they have expected to even come close to the number of laughs per minute. My laughing started off as a roll and ended with a mild smirk. Major disappointment.
Just my opinion, and that doesn't mean much.

A very good point, and I felt the same way about the FRIENDS clip show they played a few weeks back. The episodes from the first couple seasons being so much funnier than the one just ended.
