music on 100th episode

Dear all:

I just watched the 100th episode of seinfeld (a clip show of one hour in length). There was a really great piece of music at the end. I was wondering if anyone knows the title of that song so I can find the score.

The music is a guitar song and the singer was a man. It was played at the end of the show and lyrics goes something like this:

"it is something unforgetable, but in the end it is right. . ." "So take a photograph and frame it in your heart. . ."

It was beautiful music and I would love to know the title of it.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it.

well put - from 1989-1998 that 2 minute or so clip (with the green day song) was the ONLY time that we were treated with truly emotional / heartfelt scenes. well done, in my opinion.

That's funny, because I was listening to the song thinking "this sounds like the singer from Greenday, but it's too good to be them". Glad to find out I was wrong.

I see. I guess it was just fox's rerun sequence that threw me off. They didn't bother showing the real finale (ie where they all go to prison for not helping a fat guy in the midwest when that fat guy was robbed. [Seinfeld is from NYC where people are used to standing by, but in this small midwest town, they actually legislated morality with a manditory Samaritan law]).

What fox did was: on Thursday, they showed the 100th episode. Next day, they showed the episode with the greenday song. So, I thought it was only the continuation of the 100th episode. I didn't realize Fox jumped the sequence.

The next day, the sequence jumped again: all the way to the early episodes (but not episode #1, more like #25). Fox showed the Pony episode (where he says he hates anyone who had a pony growing up). So, obviously Fox does a lot of jumping around of the sequence. I guess Fox decided that they are not going to show the beginning episodes and the final episodes. They just take the meaty middle and rerun those. (BTW, this is the reason that I waited years before I was able to see the Susan Licking Envelope episode--for, after 9/11, they took that episode away, for some stupidified reason).
