I don't usually get overly sentimental about television programs, even series finales, but this thing I just saw tonight has really gotten to me.

The viewing public has devoted nine years of their time to Jerry & pals, through good and bad...

but this finale has gotten to me, right to the pulsing marrow of my soul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What lack of gratitude for the viewers... What the hell were they thinking?

I can't even talk about it anymore, man...

Now I really appreciate MASH for the classy program that it was.

If any N.B.C. execs are reading this...

The NBC execs didn't write the Seinfeld finale. Larry David did.

(And while the finale could have been better, I personally don't think anyone screwed up.)

no. larry david screwed up. he made a piece of poop. he should have just made a funny episode. the finale sunk down to the levels of shows like veronicas closet and all the other worthless crap sitcoms. you can see this when they play the laughtrack for a joke that no-one at home laughs at.
