In "The Chinese Restaurant" George explains that he had to leave Tatianna at a very awkward moment due to a gastrointestinal problem, one for which her bathroom, too close in proximity, would not provide adequate privacy.
So what was it, the runs or a major gas attack? What is the concensus interpretation?
