Name That Episode

Does anyone know which episode had Elaine hiring Neuman to kill a neighbors dog, it's driving me crazy

I do not believe there was ever an episode where Newman killed a dog. Perhaps it was the kidnapping of the dog you are thinking about as below:

Does anyone recall the name of the name of the episode where Jerry said, something to the effect of "Oh Moses, smell the roses?" I remember seeing it recently but I just can't remember the episode. Thanks in advance : )

Somebody will know, that's for sure. The real hard cores have every script memorized. The only thing that comes to mind with me is that Jerry was in a hurry to leave some place and this expression was like a "Feet, don't fail me now" statement. I'm sure by the time I post this, somebody will answer. Anxious to see if I am anywhere close.
