Promos for the Jerry Lewis telethon, this weekend, prominently featured Jason Alexander. Apparently, he has a significant role in the program.
Unfortunately, I have to air out my sneakers this weekend, so I'll probably miss the telethon.. but, thought others might be interested in the news..

Yes, Jason sang two songs during hour 18 (out of 21) of Jerry Lewis' annual Labor Day Muscular Dystrophy Association telethon. He sang "Playing Right Field," which I believe is a Peter, Paul & Mary song (or at least Noel Paul Stookey used to sing it, even if they didn't write it), and his personal anthem, "Borrowed Time" by David Freedman. Both fabulous songs. I taped it. :-) His entire appearance was almost exactly nine minutes long.

Homerr, I thought the same thing when I saw Jason singing in the promo for the telethon but then I remembered that it was a live type program and I THINK they were showing highlights from LAST year as an ad for this years program.
