Spinoff

It's clear that a spinoff based on Kramer, Elaine, or George simply wouldn't work without Jerry. Plus, I doubt the actors would want to do a spinoff show anyways. However, the producers and writers will still be looking for work. So, how about a spinoff show based on a very minor character, using the same clever writing style as Seinfeld? Here's an idea:

The Poppie Show (Each episode features Poppie committing a different health violation.)

So, how about a spinoff show based on a very minor

How about The Babu show? His ongoing struggle to remain in the US and open a successful restaurant.

Or how about a spinoff of the 'bizzaro' characters. Of course, Elaine would still have to be a character. (refer to above post for amount of seriousness implied)

George's Parents need their own show.

A good idea, but sounds like Jerry Seinfeld doesn't want it, and its up to him.

thought it would be hilarious if George's parents had the spinoff

show--they are classic!!!!

     Serioiusly, a successful spinoff depends on having a
character who's not only memorable, but still has a lot of
potential for growth and change. That, and Kelsey
Grammer's acting talent, made "Frasier" arguably even
better than its parent show, "Cheers."
     On Seinfeld, the one character who is not only memor-
able (they all are) but still has enough potential for growth
and change to make a series interesting, is Jerry. Kinda
shoots down the spinoff idea, doesn't it? About the only
place you can go with that, is to plop Jerry down in Gary
Shandling's place and retain the rest of the cast of "The
Larry Sanders Show" when Shandling leaves in the fall...
although based on Jerry's own comments, if he does do a
talk show it'll be a real one.
