First person that comes to my mind is the NBC executive-gone Greenpeace-eaten by sharks' daughter for a) Elaine being responsible for her father's death b) J & G leering at her 15 year old cleavage.
Also, the clothing store owner whose guard fell asleep after George gave him a rocking (I think) chair.
Chester Washington tried to tell us something, and all I got was:
I believe his name was Russel Dalrymple (the NBC exec) - and if I'm not mistaken "the cleavage" is played by Denise Richards (no wonder they're leering).
