At the end of "The Cadillac" part 2 Jerry and his parents walk out of the condominium complex and familiar music plays. Is this a satire of a scene from a film and if so, what film?

I think it was a parody of when Nixon left office; Jerry's dad did the same little wave, and the car was substituting for the helicopter that Nixon finally left in.
