What is your favourite Kramer scene ? There are many of them, but mine would have to be the bit off "The Stall" where he recognises Jerry's girlfriend as the Phone Sex woman.
He has many memorable moments throughout the series.

That's one of my all time favorite Kramer scenes. The whole thing is brilliant. The physical comedy by Richards is perfect. The way he demonstrates how he's fighting the guy off with one hand and driving the bus with the other is priceless. And then the punchline after awestruck Jerry asks "You kept makin' all the stops?!?" I lose it every time I think about it.

One of my favorite scenes with Kramer is when he, Neuman and Jerry set up the sting on their accountant, Barry Profit. That entire bit inside the bar kills me every time. "Don't take this personally, but when I come back I will be sitting over there".

My favorite isn't really an outburst, but it's in "The Junior Mint" when they find out that the guy is dying and Kramer is asking Jerry "How could you refuse a Junior Mint? They're chocolatey, minty, why they're delicious!" I crack up every time at his seriousness.

My favourite is the one where Kramer goes political. His bagel store wont let him celebrate Festivous, and he decides to do a "walk-out". Elaine wants her bagels and Kramer is shocked:
