acting 101

After viewing the finale a second time, with a critcal eye, where was the acting. Cue cards....how many lines did Kramer have? What was on Elaine's face....some kind of orange make-up? It was awful and I hate to admit this. They did nothing........and...I guess that's was David wanted to get out but evein longtime fans are disappointed. Can anyone confirm whether or not Jerry said that this was to be the best finale of finale's? I thought he said this somewhere on tv?
