Isn't it Malacca? We use it at work all the time to mean "dickhead", but I know what the REAL meaning is! Amazing coincidence...I was watching the movie "Big Man on Campus" last night, and the hunchback kept saying "Fakoola malaka!". Not sure what it was supposed to mean though...
