How about a movie about nothing?

Hola! I'm not as familiar with each and every episode of Seinfeld, but has the prior love relationship between Elaine and Jerry ever been explored in depth? Maybe a prequel, ala Star Wars coming up, on how they met, and why they broke up, and yet remained friends over the years? Jerry seems to be the linchpin in this group--is it just me, or does Elaine just seem to tolerate George and Kramer? Has she ever had a relationship with either one of them? Seems like I remember George ogling her at some point, but once again, I'm not that familiar with all the seasons' worth of episodes...please don't flame me because I'm ignorant! :-) Thanks.
