How does a kosher meal taste like ?

I would like to know how does a kosher meal taste like. What is it made of ?

I'm not Jewish, but "to keep kosher" there are many guidelines. I only know a few.... and I don't know the religious reasons for them. They don't eat pork because they don't eat animal with a cloven foot. Dairy and meat products must be separated on two different plates. THey don't eat shell fish... That's all that I know. If I'm competely ignorant and wrong... sorry... just trying to help.
