also just did an update on seinology....added 20more reformated scripts..
now only about 60 left....should be done with those by mid next week..

Well anyway, that's 9 scripts I have completely done or redone (*3 totally from scratch + 6 major corrected scripts) so these 9 should be as close to perfect as you will find:
24 - The Cafe 45 - The Wallet 47 - The Bubble Boy 60 - The Junior Mint *93 - The Soup *95 - The Secretary *118 - The Pool Guy 145 - The Little Jerry 164 - The Betrayal
Currently working on corrections/additions for these 2 scripts: Episode 77 - The Dinner Party Episode 78 - The Marine Biologist

It would be great if someone who has seen these episodes could correct the scripts for them...
The Diplomat's Club, The Airport & The Movie, to name a few.
They all seem to have been done by the same guy and some of them are unreadable. Intrusive, unfunny asides and whole bits of dialogue missed out!
Thanks to all the people who have transcribed the episodes and helped to ease the pain of no Seinfeld official release. And that tgnum script resource is just fantastic.

Dan Coogan is doing a fantastic job of redoing the scripts, making corrections, and reformatting them a standard way.
Therer are about 12 done and I have reposted them and I have 13 more in my "inbox" waiting to go.
It is a huge job and will take some time. 13erla also has a site and he is also putting up the scripts in a reformatted manner.

Anyway, actually it's 13erla doing all the reformatting of the scripts -- I did all the actor/charactor reformatting (at the top of the transcripts for continuity) though (I used Dennis's info from the epguides.com site -- made it much easier but still took a while)
And to [email] (Jd800uk) -- If you really want to help with those scripts being done correctly (The Diplomat's Club, The Airport, The Movie, and The Smelly Car ) -- download the non-syndicated mpeg, and fix the transcript (have the mpeg in one window and the transcript word processing document in another window -- this is the best and easiest way).
And you are correct, a lot of the transcripts are incomplete -- missing lines completely, and have asides (which I can understand, but it needs to really be accurate and on topic)
-- and most transcripts are missing little bits of dialogue -- i.e.... when the character says something like I-I, or W-Why... so it sounds like they are saying the word twice -- of course sometimes the do say the words twice. And try figuring out some of Kramer's sounds (that can be tough, but I still make the effort to type the sound out, or do my best to describe it, but sometimes its near impossible) -- also when they speak over each other or there is too much laughter -- I've had to listen to some lines about 25 times to really verify what the actor said but I want the most complete and accurate scripts available.

Ok -- to really answer your question -- I did play the tape and/or non-syndicated episode mpeg -- play it repeatedly for the difficult dialogue and -- sound out (in this case) what Kramer says.
The closed caption is neither complete nor anywhere close to perfect and you will not get "the spellings of Kramer's weird sounds" - you get the interpretation of the person that close captioned it -- they have less interest in this then we do.
----- Here is my interpretation from episode 118 - The Pool Guy -- of Kramer's world�s collide scene:
KRAMER: Jerry, don�t you see? This world here, this is George�s sanctuary. If Susan comes into contact with this world, his world�s collide. You know what happens then?
(Kramer raises his hands into the air and slowly brings them together in an explosion. He�s holding some food in one hand, so when his hands come into contact food flies all over)
KRAMER: Ka shha shha shha Pkooo (exploding sound)

Like I said it's not easy (near impossible sometimes), but if you watch those scenes and compare it to what is written above. Try it yourself and see how tough it is -- but I want accurate transcripts above all else as far as this project goes --

keeping with your apparent need to keep people with their proper "credit" Mr. Coogan has done the Ep guide info for all the eps...which is credited on my scripts page, I've done all the reformating...something that should have been done a long time ago as they are all jacked up in their own way.
It's nice to know all i've done on my site is host the scripts.... I mean it's not like I'm hosting a script that only has 6 minutes transcribed but is considered completed even though it says at the end "NOT YET FINISHED"

Yes there are loads of scripts that are "Jacked-up" for one reason or another. It seems mostly that the people that transcribed just typed while they watched the show and then emailed it in without checking it over.
Probably the worse transcription I've seen so far...which has been since corrected by Mr. Coogan was "The Bubble Boy" The original transcriber put in "pie pie pie pie" which represented George and Jerry's quick dialogue in regards to the Pies Personally I think the transcriber was lazy and didn't want to rewind the tape and put in the correct information.
This is i'm sure a flow across many of the scripts.
I'm currently finishing up "The Raincoats" which I hope to have done for tomorrow.
After this completion I will be joining Mr. Coogan in our effort to get all the scripts fixed by mid this year.
