I for one cannot understand why there is any fuss about the quality of the episodes tapering off (for those of us who think that that has happened). No one (except God) can hold the measure of greatness forever. Actors, athletes, anyone who must compete for the public's acceptance and eventually gains it goes through the same cycle of rise, peak, and decline. It's unavoidable and inevitable. Nothing stays on top forever. Hey, maybe they could spin off a sitcom about a guy who gets sentenced by a judge to be George's butler because....oh never mind. I believe that someone has already tried that one.
