What is the movie scene being parodied at the end of The Cadillac - Part 2 (when Jerry and his parents are walking to the car)? After a brief google search, I saw 'Nixon' mentioned. Is that right?

Well, actually Oliver Stone's interpretation of it in his film, "Nixon". (One of the three Stone films parodied in Seinfeld)

BTW, Nixon resigned, he wasn't impeached.
