The Very Best George Quote Ever

In "The Conversion," George is lying on Jerry's couch when Jerry and Elaine come in. George explains that he wants to convert to Latvian Orthodox so he can continue seeing his latest girlfriend. George says, "You know, in the cab on the way over here, I actually thought about converting." Jerry says, "To Latvian Orthodox?" George replies...and here is the jewel of all jewels..."Why not, what do I care?" It's quite a philosophy to live by. Plus I love it when George uses the word "baby" as in "Pulp can move, baby."

Not to nitpick, but I believe George said, "What, you're usin' my `baby' now?!" He said it the kind of way he has that doesn't let you forget it.
