Well, thanks to SeinfeldonHVS, I was able to pop in Disc #7 from the set I purchased [1] and get the last line for you.
Elaine: "I'm not sure but... I think I see your..."
No other dialog, except for Jerry's monolog after the commercial break.
Extra funny, because Kramer was the one who took the bare nipple photo for Elaine's Christmas card. Now a private bit of his own anatony gets displayed publicly. It's like payback!
[1] Yeah, it's a shameless plug, but I'm extremely pleased with the entire transaction, and I just wanted people to know.

George was just BRILLIANT in this one - from the opening scene when he is pining over Susan - to the zipper at the therapists - to his Pasteur discussion with Susan - He is so good at what he does we just accept it as so natural but when his performance is viewed carefully (while transcribing) it is very complicated.

Jerry really comes into his own in that scene as well with his "do I give a f***" attitude. Just like in The Stall where Elaine gives her impassioned "maybe in some strange way I'll discover what love really means..." speech and Jerry responds indifferently with "I'm sorry I didn't catch any of that - is that Kramer over there?"
