Very Last Scene

Does anyone know what was the very last scene of Seinfeld to be shot? Was it also the last scene to be shown- Seinfeld's prison stand-up act? Or was the finale shot in a different order? On some scenes of the finale you can really notice the sadness on everyone's faces, but on others they look fine.
