Real Kramer?

I saw something on the local news today showing the REAL Kramer. Supposedly who Kramer was based on. Had Kramer a mustahce I'd have thought it was him! I first turned it on thinking they were doing an interview with the actor. He's tall, and a strange person. He was asked what his philosophy on life was and he said.

"Live everyday like it was your last, and one day it will be".

Anyone else seen this guy?

We saw him too, but I didnt think he looked too much like him. Anyway I like the tv Kramer better.
