Wanted to get a thread started to share everyone's favorite Peterman line. Peterman is running a close 2nd to Frank Costanza in my book for best secondary character on the show.
A couple of my favorites - sorry if I'm paraphrasing:
"I too fell under the spell of opium Elaine. Yam yam, <something else>, Shanghai Sally"
"The dark continent is no place for an addict Elaine"
"I didn't realize that JFK had such a temper!"

The line is not so much hilarious as its delivery, but in The Shower Head episode, when telling Elaine that she failed the drug screening test, tells her "Elaine, the dark continent is no place for a junkie like you!", or something to that effect. On a side note, and correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the guy who plays Peterman the same guy who played Cricket's (or Christine if you like) dad on Young and The Restless years ago? Her mom was dying of AIDS, and he showed up later on to remarry her so her fam could be together before she died?

How about the episode in which Peterman's mother dies (I believe is was The Bosco episode).
Peterman kneels at his mother's bedside and says... "Momma....don't you recognize me...It's me, Jacobo!"
Later, after his mother dies screeming "Bosco!, Bosco!", Peterman takes George aside and says... "George, when I was a lad in Costa Rica, I heard a rumor that Momma had taken a lover...perhaps this BOSCO was his name."
I love the show and all the characters, but I swear, just hearing Peterman talk makes me laugh.

Hahahahaha. Don't remember that one, but I can just hear him delivering it now...
I've been searching the web for Peterman wavs, but not much luck yet. Anyone know of good wav sites with characters other than the big 4?
