All, I might be wrong but was JA ever in a movie where he was the suspect in a crime (murder I think) and he suddenly starts smoking 20 cigarettes a day when being questioned by the cops?

What about the movie that Jason Alexander was in where he played a gay guy or something like that? I remember seeing a commercial about it a few years ago but never saw the movie.
