Michael Richards had a hilarious part as a janitor gone kiddie show MC in this funny film (well, IMHO)
The fire hose part is roll-on-the-floor funy.
I can still picture the looks, mannerisms, etc of our Kramer in this film.
I am told it features running commentary ( on aux sound track) by Weird AL, the major star in this flick.
