no siblings?

How come none of the characters have siblings? (or at least you never see them.)In a very early episode I think I remember George mentioning something about his brother, but that's all

I believe this was Elaine's cousin--there was the reference to the napkins from (I think) a mutual grandmother. Those were what Jerry used to hide the mutton in the pockets. Then the cousin accused Elaine of stealing the napkins.

Her sister lives in St Louis...I remember Elaine went to visit her once.
